We aspire to solve any complex business problem of our client through process and technology, and at times this requires collaboration with other industry experts. Hence, over the last 3 years of our existence, we have been exploring industry partnerships and collaborations to better serve our clients.
We started working on Anaplan through a small project on What-If analysis for our existing FMCG client. Project that was kicked off as a pilot for a couple of countries soon got rolled out for all other countries. Sensing the capability of the tool to help businesses plan better across different functions, we started building it as a capability.
The desired output on Anaplan is as good as the Anaplan modeler and hence we focused on building a good team with strong foundation in modeling on Anaplan. Soon, the clients recognized our strengths and ability to help them maximize returns from investment into Anaplan and we spread across multiple functions such as S&OP, financial forecasting and supply chain planning. As we started growing rapidly, it was only natural for us to forge a formal partnership with Anaplan-which we did last week.
